“The initial on line application process seemed to go very smoothly but once I got to the storage facility and saw the location of the unit that I would be using to store my things, I realized how difficult it would be for me to get in and out of the unit because I would have to climb stairs with all of my things or use “a lift” to get my things up there, I knew it would not work for me. I’m an older woman and I don’t know how to use “a lift”. I had already paid for the 10 X 10 unit and my car was full of things I brought to put in there so I asked the onsight employee of the facility if I could switch to a unit that was on the ground level but I was told that there was nothing available and that if there was it would be a lot more expensive for a 10 X 10 unit on the ground floor.. I felt like it should have been listed on the website that a 10 X 10 on ground level was a different price than 10 X 10 on the second level, with no elevator. But it was not listed that way. This was a huge inconvenience for me and the facility was not accommodating me with a reasonable option. We will see if I get a refund for the money I paid. All in all, Not a great experience for me at all..”

“I have visited this location on Hill St to found a storage to fit my extra stuff, I saw Ms. Linda Padilla facility assistant manager, she was an excellent person I ever met, she did provide me with excellent service, she was a very professional person, she had a lots of knowledge about the storage business.
